Description

No musical theater showcase would be complete without the element of dance. This fall our beginning dance class will be choreographed to the mash up song "When You Wish Upon A Star/ A Dream is a Wish". This showcase number will begin as a lyrical dance and develop into a catchy jazz number. Many fundamental dance techniques and steps will be incorporated throughout the term and will be highlighted in the final showcase piece. Grow your dance skills with Teacher Kianna Vandermolen and participate in the "Dare to Dream Jr." showcase production this fall.

Showcase for Fall will be on 10/26. Students arrive at 5pm and doors open to audience at 6:50

Kianna Vandermolen

Kianna has just graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in Botany and with a minor in Theatre Arts. During her time there, she took classes in acting, dancing, and costuming. She has been a camp counselor for CYT for the last 5 years, and is excited to help with classes and productions.
