In order to provide our patrons with excellent theatrical training and a positive experience, preparation for classes, camps, and shows begins months in advance of each session. Teachers, Counselors, and Artistic Teams are hired and trained, curriculum is written, t-shirts are ordered, and snacks are purchased, etc. Because of this it is imperative that families make an informed decision when registering for camps and classes and purchasing tickets for productions. In order to continue to do this we have updated the CYT Portland Cancellation/Refund policy.
CAMPS:
• Registration fees for camps are
non-refundable.
• All registrations must be made online at www.cytportland.org.
• Tuition must be paid in full in order to register for a CYT Portland camp.
• Camp changes (subject to availability) may be requested via email to camps@cytportland.org
1 month prior to camp.
• Camp change requests are not guaranteed.
